Enrollment Certification
Verification & Certification of Student Status, Dates of Attendance & Degrees Conferred
Certification is performed by the Office of the Registrar via letters, in report form, and by verification both within the College and for the public through mail and telephone inquiries. College policy and the provisions set forth in the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 are followed in providing information.
Letters verifying enrollment for lenders, insurance companies, employers, and others may berequested in person at the Student Records Window located in the Lobby of Founders' Hall or via letter:

Forms requiring certification or verification of enrollment by the Registrar's Office may be submitted in person or through the mail or online.
Please be specific as to the information required and sign your request. We ask that you give us an address and phone number where you can be reached during business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) should questions arise concerning your certification request.
