Job Postings

Full time, part time and summer employment opportunities are posted on job boards in the Student Employment Services & Co-op Center, Room 1305, and in the Career Center, Room 1325. New jobs are posted several times each week, so be sure to check the board frequently.

On-Campus Recruiters

Many company representatives set up recruiting stations outside of the cafeteria in order to interview students for full and part-time jobs. Look for a list of visiting recruiters in the weekly Student Information Services bulletin published by the Campus Life Office and available all over campus.

Reference File

The Student Employment Services & Co-op Center will maintain your file of reference letters from faculty members for a period of five years. Come to Room 1305 to establish your file.

Annual Career Fairs

Each spring this office sponsors two career fairs: The Allied Health and Nursing Fair in March and the general Career Fair in April. Don't miss the opportunity to meet local employers and learn about careers and job opportunities. Many of the employers have full-time, part-time and summer job openings available while others are ready to provide information about their companies. See the Calendar of Events for dates and times.

Workshops

Workshops on Resume Writing, Interviewing Strategies, Job Search, Job Search on the Internet and Success on the Job are presented throughout the year.
