Health Center
Welcome to the Health Center of Delaware County Community College.
We’re here to serve students and staff on the College’s Marple Campus, whether you’re sick or trying to stay well. The Health Center staff treats minor illnesses and injuries, responds to medical emergencies on campus and promotes good health through education and screening programs.
A registered nurse is on duty during the day and evening to help with medical issues. If a student or staff member needs assistance beyond what the Health Center can provide, we can refer you to doctors, hospitals, clinics or other community resources.
At the Health Center, we’re also here to promote your good health. We encourage students and staff to take advantage of our health education offerings, including health screenings, health fairs, publications and online information. Here is more information on these programs and services:

What to do in case of a medical emergency on campus
We request your assistance when you observe a medical emergency. Learn a few basic procedures that will greatly help those involved in the medical emergency.
Temporary medical parking privilege
If you need a temporary (up to eight weeks) medical parking privilege permit because of a medical condition, see the College Nurse with your doctor’s statement of a medical condition that necessitates temporary medical parking.

The Health Center is here to help you learn more about physical, sexual and emotional abuse, safety tips on getting help, warning signs and information on 24-hour hotlines for battered women.
