The Faculty Handbook contains a complete explanation of academic and administrative policies and procedures. The College Advisory System (CAS) at the College is a system of representative committees composed of students, support staff, administrators, and faculty. Its mission is to provide:
The College Advisory System consists of six standing committees and a steering panel. All committees will follow Robert's Rules of Order with designated exceptions. All members of the committees and the Steering Panel are to be elected.

The Payroll Office seeks to coordinate, administer, and disburse the compensation of all College employees in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to College guidelines, and federal, state and local government regulations. Our goal is to provide helpful, knowledgeable service in a positive and courteous manner.
The Payroll Office is located in room 3563 on the 3rd floor of Founders Hall in the business administration area of the building.
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday during the five-day week, and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the four-day week (mid May through mid August).
Employees at Delaware County Community College are paid on a biweekly basis - every other Friday during the five-day week and every other Thursday during the four-day week.
