How Can Employers Benefit From New Choices/New Options?
Our comprehensive services are provided to participants at no cost to employers and lead to well prepared employees:
- Self-Assessment : Participants complete a thorough self-assessment to identify strengths, skills and areas of ability.
- Personal Skills : Goal setting, decision-making, interpersonal skills and success on the job are emphasized.
- Computer Training : Participants learn basic Microsoft Word skills.
Employer services ensure that your needs and expectations are fulfilled:
- Evaluation of Job Requirements : Our staff will speak with you to assess your business needs and the requirements of available positions.
- Pre-Screening : Candidates’ work skills and abilities are assessed to ensure the best possible match for your job openings.
- Job Success : Program staff are available to support a candidate’s smooth transition into her/his new position.

Where Are New Choices Classes Offered?
Ideally situated within suburban Philadelphia, New Choices classes are offered at the following convenient DCCC locations:
- The Main Campus in Marple
- The Southeast Center in Sharon Hill
- In Chester County – the Downingtown Campus or the Exton Center
New Choices/New Options graduates are typically available for employment in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
