Directions from northern Chester County:
- Follow PA-100 South.
- Take the exit onto US-202 South.
- Take the Paoli Pike exit. Turn right at Paoli Pike.
- Continue onto E. Gay Street.
- Turn right at Montgomery Avenue.
- Turn right at E. Marshall Street.
- Chester County Hospital will be on the left.
Directions from 202 South/Philadelphia:
- Take Walnut Street west to Cobbs Creek Parkway where it dead-ends.
- Turn right and go two blocks to Market Street.
- Turn left under the elevated train.
- Market Street becomes West Chester Pike (Route 3) after the 69th Street terminal. Continue to follow Route 3 for 16.3 miles.
- Continue onto E. Gay Street.
- Turn right at Montgomery Avenue.
- Turn right at E. Marshall Street.
- Chester County Hospital will be on the left.
Directions from southern Chester County/Delaware:
- Take Kennett Oxford Bypass/US-1 North toward Kennett Square. Continue to follow US-1 North.
- Turn left at Lenape Road/PA-52 North.
- Turn left at Creek Road/Lenape Road/PA-52 North.
- Continue to follow PA-52 North.
- Turn right at Price Street.
- Turn left at S. High Street.
- Turn right at E. Marshall Street.
- Chester County Hospital will be on the left.
Directions from western Delaware County/Marple Campus:
- Head southwest on Media Line Road toward Newtown Street Road/PA-252 South.
- Sharp right at S Newtown Street Road/PA-252 North.
- Turn left at W Chester Pike/PA-3 West.
- Continue onto E. Gay Street.
- Turn right at Montgomery Avenue.
- Turn right at E. Marshall Street.
- Chester County Hospital will be on the left.
Directions from western Chester County/Coatesville:
- Take US-30 East via the ramp to Philadelphia/Downingtown.
- Take the US-322/Manor Ave exit.
- Turn right at Manor Ave/US-322 East.
- Turn left at W Lancaster Avenue.
- Take the 1st right onto Brandywine Ave/US-322 East. Continue to follow US-322 E.
- Turn left at W Chester Bypass/US-322 E.
- Turn right at Collins Drive.
- Take the first left onto Owens Road.
- Turn right at N Hill Drive.
- N Hill Dr turns slightly right and becomes E. Marshall Street.
- Chester County Hospital will be on the right.
