Intra-Campus Material Request Form

Students, faculty or staff at DCCC's satellite campuses may use this form to borrow material from the Main Campus library
Check for availability of materials at the Main Campus library via web catalog (libipac.dccc.edu) or by checking with the circulation desk (610-359-5326).
Request form must have complete and accurate information, or shipment will be delayed.
You must have an updated DCCC ID for the request to be processed.
Complete form and click submit.
Requester will be notified when material is received by satellite campus.
