Media Services
Our mission is to promote the effective use of instructional media and to provide a wide-range of media services in support of the college academic enterprise. To submit a request or to inquire further about the services we provide, please proceed to our Helpdesk .
Equipment Services
Media Services coordinates the implementation, maintenance and availability of multimedia equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Videoconferencing systems
- Broadcasting systems
- TV Studio equipment
- *Mobile multimedia portable projection systems
*self-serve and scheduled by the customer filling in the reservation book located in the Academic Computing Services main-campus office located in room 4270.
Event Services
*Please submit all requests for these services at least two working days prior to an event .
Additional Services
- Duplication and/or conversion of audiotape, videotape, and other digital materials between formats
