Employee Self Service Access frequently asked questions:

Q: I've forgotten my PIN number and can't remember the answer to my security question.

A: Report to the Human Resources Office in person with photo identification. Off-Campus sites: Employee reports to supervisor on site with photo identification. Supervisor and employee together must contact Human Resources by phone.

Q: Is Employee Self Service access secure?

A: Yes, the site is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

Q: I receive a browser error when trying to connect to Employee Self Service.

A: You must have a current version of your web browser to login to Employee Self Service with a 128-bit connection. Netscape users should be running at least version 4.7 (7.1 recommended). Microsoft Internet Explorer users should be running at least version 5.0 (6.0 recommended). Those users who do receive a warning and click 'continue' will still be able to access the service, but will do so with only a 40-bit connection.
