Delaware County Community College is committed to the concept and practice of equal opportunity for employment and achievement.

With an awareness of these objectives and interests, the Board of Trustees authorizes the President to ensure the strengthening and expansion of this philosophy and commitment, and to assure that each member of the College community realizes his/her individual responsibility to contribute toward its fulfillment.
