Our mission is to develop and communicate comprehensive human resource programs and activities which will attract and retain highly qualified staff throughout all organizational areas. These programs and activities include recruitment activities based on equal opportunities for all applicants, comprehensive fringe benefits programs (including an effective program of ongoing communication), effective employee relations programs, training and staff development programs, policy development, implementation and interpretation, wage and salary administration, and performance appraisal processes.
