Do you ever fall asleep in class or while studying? Do you have a difficult time falling asleep or staying asleep? Studies show that your quality of sleep has a direct effect on your grades, weight, immune system, and stress level. Come to this workshop to learn the many benefits of a good night sleep, especially while in college. A sleep expert will present and answer your questions.
