What is the KEYS program?
Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) is a program established in 2005 by the Community College Commission and the Department of Public Welfare. The purpose is to provide extra support for welfare recipients while they are enrolled at the community college. Right now the students may be enrolled in any credit bearing degree or certificate but it is not available to student seeking non-credit certificates.
