The Certificate:

Six graduate credits (applicable to Temple University Doctorates in Education*)

  • Seminar in Teaching in Higher Education: Community College (3 credits)
    The seminar focuses on research-based principles and practices applicable to teaching in institutions from community colleges to research universities.
  • Three modules (1 credit each) in higher education teaching topics
    Select modules based on your own interests and aspirations. Topics may include: assessment & feedback, course design, teaching with technology.

Community College faculty and staff should consult their Human Resources Web site for information on any tuition benefits.
