How to Make an Appointment with a Transfer Advisor

Making a transfer advising appointment is simple! Visit us in room 1325 at the Main Campus, in room 111 at the Southeast Center, in 234 at the Exton Campus, in at 219 at Downingtown and in the administrative offices at the Pennocks Bridge Campus.

In order to schedule your appointment, make sure that you:

  • Choose a major
  • Check that the school you want to transfer to has your desired major
  • Know your schedule, you don't want to schedule an appointment during one of your class times
  • Know your student ID or P number

Note that it can take up to two weeks before you may be able to get an appointment. Come early in the semester to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you!

Remember that appointments are half an hour long, so be on time. Being tardy to your appointment will cut down on the time you have with the advisor. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it's imperative that you call or stop by to make the necessary changes.
