Finding Your Advisor
- You can access your Capp, degree evaluation, on the web. Go to Current Students, then Your Student Records, click here to log on. Enter your User I.D. and PIN, Click on Student Services and Financial Aid, click on Student Records and then click on your degree evaluation. you. The CAPP is DCCC's personalized graduation checklist for you. It includes all the courses you have taken, your grades and the courses you still need to graduate. The CAPP will also list your advisor's name.
- If you cannot access your CAPP, the Career and Counseling Center in Room 1325 has a list of all students and their advisors. You are welcome to visit the Career and Counseling Center to view the list or you may call (610)359-5324. If you are a student at the Southeast Center, please stop into the Student Services Office or call (610) 957-5720. If you are taking classes at our Exton Center or the Downingtown campus, please stop into the appropriate Student Services Office or call (484) 237-6200 or (610) 450-6500, respectively.
- It is important to note that regardless of who your assigned advisor is, you are welcome to come to the Career and Counseling Center for an advising appointment with a counselor after the second week of advising. You may also make an advising appointment at the Southeast Center, the Exton Center, or at our Downingtown campus.
