The Pavilion
Villanova University

The ceremony will be conducted at The Pavilion at Villanova University, 800 Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA.

GUESTS: Graduates are limited to a maximum of five guests. The commencement tickets that you received with your announcements will be required for admission into The Pavilion. Having a ticket will be strictly enforced. No re-entry will be allowed. Due to the size of this year’s class, there may be no additional tickets available.

CAPS AND GOWNS if not picked up already, should be picked up as soon as possible in the Bookstore in Founders Hall to assure a size that fits.

It is not necessary to return your caps, gowns and hoods. They are for you to keep as a momento of the ceremony.

Graduates should assemble at 6:00 p.m. sharp in the Jake Nevin Field House. There will be signs and event staff to direct you where to go. You must remember to pick up your name card at the entrance of the gymnasium. Signs will be posted indicating the location, by degree, of where to line up. Staff members will assist you and provide further instructions. It is strongly recommended to leave any personal belongings with friends or relatives. DCCC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items although we will make every effort to protect them. Please wear comfortable shoes to maneuver the stairs and distance easily. Also, please turn all cell phones, pagers, iPods, etc. off.

Graduates who arrive late will not be seated in their area of discipline and their names will be called after the awarding of certificates.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All students who applied to graduate and who have picked up a cap and gown may take part in the Commencement ceremony, even though they do not receive a degree. This should preclude any embarrassment that might ensue from a last minute change of plans.
