Transfer of Credits From Other Colleges to DCCC
If you have attended another regionally accredited college, you need to complete a Petition for Transfer of Credit form to request an evaluation of these credits. You can either come to the Assessment Center (Room 2195 at the Main Campus) or the Southeast Center or Chester County Student Services offices to complete the form. You may also click on Petition for Transfer of Credit to DCCC (requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader), print out the form, complete it, and send it to the Assessment Center, Delaware County Community College, 901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA 19063 or FAX the completed form to 610-359-5085.
You will need to request that the other colleges to send an official copy of
your transcript to:

Media PA 19063-1094
A copy of the evaluation of transfer credits will be mailed to you when completed.
