Do you belong to a DCCC family? Chances are you do. We'd like to know who are you are and how many family members attended DCCC - you, spouse, son, daughter, cousins, brother, sister, in-laws, parents - you name them and send the list to us and if you can, include a photo. Email crobinso@dccc.edu
Lorraine Richards '98 thanks DCCC for the "wonderful opportunities you afforded my family and myself." Son Michael, who is pursuing his interest in modern music and community service through his church, graduated in 1988 with a degree in food service. Daughter-in-law Sheila West Richards, graduated in 2001. A nurse at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, Sheila went on to Harcum College where she graduated with honors.
DCCC has been a family affair for Hanna Masterson (left), who sent four children to DCCC. Michael '98 (next to Hanna), James '90 (center), Tim '87 (next to James) and Carol Golden '74 (right) support the Masterson Family Scholarship for non-traditional students attending part-time as they did. Michael's son Matthew is a 2005 graduate, as well.
Media Borough Council member Ernest Derrickson, Jr. and his mother Mary Derrickson are both DCCC nursing graduates. Ernie graduated with honors in 2005 with an associate degree in nursing and EMS-paramedic. A registered nurse working for Temple University Hospital in the Emergency Room, Ernie is a paramedic with Riddle Memorial Hospital as a staff paramedic and critical care nurse paramedic. He also teaches the paramedic course at Crozer Keystone Training Institute, a DCCC affiliate. Mary graduated from DCCC in 1973 with her degree in nursing. She later went on to receive both her bachelor and master degrees in nursing.
