Business Etiquette Luncheon
Knowing one's salad fork from the dining fork is important when attending a business luncheon. Sponsored by the Alumni Association for DCCC's student Business Society, business faculty and special guests, the Business Etiquette Luncheon provided a friendly and informative setting to learn the dos and don'ts of business etiquette.
Luncheon host and etiquette expert Sergio Kostiuk, a networking engineer major and former waiter at Le Bec Fin and Upstairs at Varalli, demonstrates for alumna Linda Jester '83 the proper way to pour at the table. DCCC assistant director of public relations and alumna Marianne Kirby Rhodes '82 tries it on her own.
Alumni volunteers provided excellent waitservice for luncheon guests. Regina Fizzano '86 serves business major Frank Lim and Karen McGinn '82 chats with Dean Eric Wellington as she takes his plate to make room for dessert.
