Mail

  • Complete the registration form . Please be sure to include your social security number, which becomes your official student ID, and the five-digit course reference number (CRN)
  • Attach the necessary payment (check or money order made payable to DCCC, or credit card information).
  • You will receive by mail a schedule of courses for which you registered and a receipt of payment.

Walk-In

Students may drop registration forms and payment in person at any of the following locations:

  • Delaware County Community College ñ Downingtown Campus
  • Delaware County Community College ñ Exton Campus
  • Delaware County Community College ñ Main Campus

Fax

Fax credit card registration only (VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, or AMEX) to 610-450-6539 (610-359-4155 for Computer Course Only). Use your fax machine and our registration form 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Note: Third-party billing registrations accepted only on purchase order or company letterhead, and must include complete billing address, contact name, phone number and signature of authorized company officer.


Non-Credit Refund Policy

Delaware County Community College reserves the right to cancel a course when registrations are fewer than the minimum required. Tuition and fees are refunded in full when a course is cancelled by the College. In addition, the College reserves the right to change time and/or instructors.

Sponsoring School Districts

Sponsoring School districts in Delaware County support Delaware County Community College with tax dollars. Students from these districts pay lower tuition rates for most non-credit courses than do those from non-sponsoring districts. At present, the following districts sponsor the College: Garnet Valley (Bethel residents only), Haverford, Interboro, Radnor, Ridley, Rose Tree Media, Southeast Delco, Springfield, Upper Darby, Wallingford-Swarthmore (Swarthmore and Rutledge residents only) and William Penn.

Course Enrollment

The maximum enrollment in computer courses is ten, unless otherwise indicated. Enrollment for all other courses varies. Enroll early!
