The Applied Engineering Technology (AET) Career Pathways Program may be one of the best kept secrets in the Delaware Valley Region. Since its inception in 2004, the program has grown in both size and popularity. At Delaware County Community College, AET is building the workforce of tomorrow!

AET is a highly technical, hands-on minds-on, challenging educational program aimed at supporting business and industry throughout the region. Delaware County Community College graduates learn and apply Engineering principles in a highly technical environment and work to bring new ideas to reality. Focusing on high-growth, high-priority occupations, our graduates earn lucrative salaries, and can benefit from educational pathways that allow students to earn an entry level certificate, associate degree,or transfer to a four-year degree program with one of our many prestigious university partners.

“Think Engineering Technology ...Think AET!”

The Applied Engineering Technology Career Pathways Program is the proud recipient of the 2005 Pennsylvania Department of Education “Workforce Leadership Award” and the 2006 3E Institute “Educator 500 Award.” Learn more about Career Pathways.
