Description

Does your mind ever go blank when taking a test?  Do you get nervous or anxious just thinking about taking a test?  Do these feelings ever get so intense that it has a negative effect on your grade? You may be experiencing test anxiety.  Come to this workshop to learn the physical and mental symptoms of test anxiety.  Several helpful coping techniques to help decrease the negative effects of test anxiety will also be explained.
