Tuesdays, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
This workshop is intended for women who are considering major life transitions such as a return to school, a change in career, or a shift in lifestyle. The workshop is designed to help participants gain focus and direction by assessing their skills, interests, and values. Exploring occupational options, goal setting, and decision-making are all emphasized. Experiences and concerns associated with change will be shared and discussed.
