Opening Reception

215/610: A Juried Drawing Exhibition of Regional Emerging Artists
Wednesday, September 21 from 5 PM – 8 PM
On view September 21 – October 28
Academic Building | Art Gallery room 2305

The purpose of the Juried Drawing Exhibition is to engage the community in regional art and participate in an exchange of ideas and abilities. Taking the simple concept of drawing, artists can bring new life to an age-old way of creating imagery, helping to build a contemporary definition of drawing. Juror Kate Kraczon of the ICA of Philadelphia will select drawings created by emerging artists from the five-county area to be included in this month-long, inaugural exhibition.
