RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; must have experience or familiarity with operating a copier, collating and organizing copy jobs, using email and other related support tasks; familiar with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal and communication skills are desired; must be able to prioritize tasks and effectively deal with faculty and staff.
Delaware County Community College invites applications for a Part-time Copier at our Downingtown campus.
The Copier Operator will provide copy service for approximately 100 faculty and staff at the College's Chester County Campus at Downingtown. Flexibility to work additional hours appreciated during peak periods which include the start and finish of semesters. Summer hours can be negotiated as the pace is slower.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to operating and maintaining copier equipment; communicate effectively with faculty and staff; work with faculty and staff to ensure that submission deadlines are met; maintain inventory levels of required supplies; coordinate workflow as needed with counterparts at Marple Campus; provide information as required about various devices including status and page counts; perform other related duties as assigned by Director, Purchasing
