Helpful Notes to Expedite the Process

  • Please denote prominently on your resume, your general availability (i.e. Fall/Spring  MWF Daytime Availability, Summer Evenings Only [6pm on], etc.).  Having a broad and flexible availability is helpful in making assignments but if you have specific limitations to your availability please clearly denote them.
  • Unofficial, student academic history, or advising transcript documents will suffice at this preliminary stage.  Where possible please include all documents electronically in one web submission.  If adding a missing document at a later date, to assure a complete file, please include all previous documents in the second submission.
  • Candidates with mathematics education degrees, who do not also hold a master’s degree in mathematics, are required to include unofficial transcripts and
should clearly document, ideally in their resume, graduate-level mathematics coursework offered through the mathematics department.
